Radegast ( Low German Raagast ) is a district of the town of Bleckede in the Lüneburg district in Lower Saxony .

geography

The Marschhufendorf is six kilometers northwest of Bleckede on the way to Lauenburg . It belongs to the Elbmarschdörfern , which also includes Brackede , Garlstorf and Wendewisch . One of the special features is the parish widow's house next to the church, which is considered to be the oldest house in the village.

history

The census of September 13, 1950 showed that 396 people lived in 104 households in the village. On March 1, 1974 Radegast was incorporated into the city of Bleckede.

Radegast is connected to Bleckede and Hittbergen via the 5102 bus from the North East Lower Saxony transport association .
