Rosenthal ( Low German Rausendahl ) is a district of the city of Bleckede in Lower Saxony .

The place is five kilometers northwest of Bleckede.

history

In 1690 Rosenthal belonged to the von Schack family . For the year 1848 it is stated that Rosenthal had 15 residential buildings in which 106 residents lived. At the time the place was parish to Lüdersburg , the school was in the place. On December 1, 1910, Rosenthal in the Bleckede district had 118 inhabitants. The census of September 13, 1950 showed that 178 people lived in 41 households in the village. On March 1, 1974, Rosenthal was incorporated into Bleckede.
