Raiffeisenbank Eifeltor eG emerged in 2014 from the merger of Raiffeisenbank Kaisersesch-Kaifenheim eG and Raiffeisenbank Lutzerather Höhe eG. Raiffeisenbank Kaisersesch-Kaifenheim eG was the taking over and Raiffeisenbank Lutzerather Höhe eG the transferring cooperative. The general assembly in Lutzerath voted with approx. 98% of the merger too. The approval in the general assembly in Kaisersesch was 100%.

Geno Immobilien GmbH has existed since 1992. The shareholders are Volksbank RheinAhrEifel eG (80.7 percent share) and Raiffeisenbank Eifeltor eG (19.3 percent share). The company is based in Mayen .
