style

Ronny Bittner from Rock Hard wrote in his review of Brainwreck that Ramming Speed, compared to musically similar bands like Municipal Waste, focuses more on hardcore punk and punk , to which the metal influences would then come. This is accompanied by a somewhat unclean game and Grindcore- like fast passages. Otherwise one can criticize that the group does not concentrate enough on a coherent songwriting , but rather on "bludgeoning". In a later issue, Patrick Schmidt reviewed Doomed to Destroy, Destined to Die , noting that the group play their way through an aggressive mix of hardcore punk, crustcore, grindcore, punk, death metal, and thrash metal , with the band managing the songs always interesting. Overall, he described the music as a mixture of Napalm Death , Trap Them , Slayer , Disfear , Black Flag and old Sodom . Thomas Sonder from Metal Hammer also reviewed the album and stated that although the band can be classified as Thrash Metal, an exact classification is difficult because the group brings in many different styles. In addition to Grindcore passages, they also process brutal Death Metal vocals "including combative class war choruses" paired with riffs in the NWoBHM style and with "wild pounding and clear solos ". Sometimes the group combines genres such as speed metal , thrash metal, death metal, grindcore and hardcore punk in a song , and D-beat influences are also processed in the songs. Patrick Schmidt from Rock Hard said in his review of No Epitaphs that the band name suggests more power and speed metal, but more hardcore punk, crustcore, grindcore, punk, death metal and thrash metal. Due to the production, the songs sound powerful and focused, which results in similarities in sound with Norma Jean , Trap Them, Enabler or Converge .
