description
The Renaissance building was built on the remains of the cellars of three houses that were demolished for the construction of the town hall. Round-arched entrance gates on the local side and on the opposite side of the Main serve as access to the vaulted hall on the ground floor . Here the taxes in kind were delivered on carts . There was a barrel store in the cellar.
The two-storey saddle roof building with three-storey curved gables has a high slate roof with pointed dormer windows and a plastered facade with sandstone frames and edges. The half-stepping polygonal stair tower is covered by a slate dome.
