Renato Arapi (born August 28, 1986 in Sukth ) is an Albanian football player .

Career

society

Arapi played for the youth department of KS Dinamo Tirana until 2003 and was then part of the professional team. After he was loaned to KF Erzeni Shijak for the 2003/04 season , he was kept in the squad in the 2004/05 season and handed over to KS Besa Kavaja in the summer of 2005 . Here he was under contract until summer 2010 and has meanwhile been loaned to the clubs Silkeborg IF and KS Shkumbini Peqin .

In the 2010 summer transfer period, he moved to KF Skënderbeu Korça . With this club he won the Albanian championship six times in a row between 2010 and 2016 and was part of the club's team that achieved this series of successes in Albanian football for the first time.

In the summer of 2016, he moved to league rivals FK Partizani Tirana, where he first took part in qualifying for the Champions League and then in qualifying for the Europa League . With his club, he failed to qualify in both tournaments. Within the same transfer period, Arapi moved the Turkish TFF 1st Lig to Boluspor . After two years he moved within the league to promoted Afjet Afyonspor .

For the second half of the 2018/19 season he moved to KS Teuta Durrës .

National team

Arapi began his national team career in 2004 with a commitment for the Albanian U-18 national team . He then went through the U-19 and U-21 teams in his country.

On June 20, 2011, he made his debut for the Albanian national team in a friendly against the Argentine national team .
