Riccardo Bartoloni (born July 12, 1885 in Scarperia , Province of Florence , Italy ; † October 11, 1933 ) was a Roman Catholic Archbishop and diplomat of the Holy See .

Life

Riccardo Bartoloni received on 27 September 1907, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On May 21, 1928, Pope Pius XI appointed him . the Titular Archbishop of Laodicea in Syria and ordered him to Apostolic Internuncio in Lithuania . The Cardinal Secretary of State Pietro Cardinal Gasparri donated him episcopal ordination on May 27 of the same year ; Co-consecrators were the secretary of the Congregation for the Propagation of the Faith , Curia Archbishop Francesco Marchetti Selvaggiani , and the auxiliary bishop in Rome , Giuseppe Palica .

Riccardo Bartoloni became Apostolic Nuncio in Lithuania on November 9, 1928 . On April 9, 1933 Pius XI appointed him. to the Apostolic Delegate in Egypt .
