Torquato Dini

Torquato Dini (born June 27, 1893 in Sant'Angelo in Vado , Province of Pesaro and Urbino , Italy , † March 26, 1934 ) was a Roman Catholic Archbishop and diplomat of the Holy See .

Life

Torquato Dini received on 20 September 1913, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On November 12, 1933, Pope Pius XI appointed him . the Titular Archbishop of Dara and ordered him to Apostolic Delegate in Egypt . The secretary of the Congregation for the Eastern Churches , Cardinal Luigi Sincero , donated him episcopal ordination on January 6, 1934 ; Co- consecrators were the secretary of the Congregation for the Propagation of the Faith , Curia Archbishop Carlo Salotti , and the Bishop of Urbania-Sant'Angelo in Vado , Luigi Giacomo Baccini, OFMCap .
