Richard Ermisch
Richard Ermisch (born June 17, 1885 in Halle an der Saale ; † December 7, 1960 in Berlin ; full name: Georg Friedrich Richard Ermisch ) was a German architect and municipal building officer in Berlin.
Life
Ermisch worked in the municipal building administration in Berlin, most recently in the position of senior building councilor . He was responsible for numerous urban buildings, such as the main hall of the exhibition grounds or the lido on the Wannsee . He was the most famous architect for Berlin-Spandau.
Richard-Ermisch-Strasse on the site of the former central cattle and slaughterhouse in Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg district is named after him . His grave is in the Wilmersdorf cemetery .
