Robert Mammone (* in Adelaide , South Australia ) is an Australian actor .

life and career

Robert Mammone was born in Adelaide in the Australian state of South Australia . He had his first role as Tim Palmer in the Australian soap opera Sons and Daughters . There he played from 1984 to the end of the series in 1986 in 195 episodes. In the film The Crossing in 1990, he played alongside Russell Crowe , the role of Sam . This was followed by guest appearances in the series Police Rescue - Dangerous Operations and Time Trax - Back to the Future . In 1994 he starred in the movie Street Fighter, alongside Jean-Claude Van Damme and Kylie Minogue . In the late 1990s, roles in films such as Beast followed ; Paradise on fire and in the Wildside police series . He was also seen in the 1996 television film McLeod's Daughters , on which the later drama series of the same name is based. In 2000 he was seen alongside Chris O'Donnell in the film Vertical Limit .
