Rodrigo Antonio Lombardo Tosi , or simply Rodrigo Tosi (born January 6, 1983 in Curitiba ) is a Brazilian - Italian football player .

Career

Rodrigo Tosi was under contract with the Brazilian club Paraná Clube from Curitiba until mid-2001 . In July he moved to Clube Malutrom . In early 2006 he left Brazil and went to Singapore . Here he played for DPMM FC . The club from Brunei played in Singapore in the first division, the S. League . After a year, he returned to his native Brazil for six months at the beginning of 2007. Here he joined the Joinville EC until mid-2007 . In July 2007 he went to Europe . In Greece he signed a contract with Iraklis Thessaloniki in Thessaloniki . He left Greece in early 2008 and went to Switzerland , where he joined FC Olten until mid-2008 . In July 2008 he signed a contract with Neuchâtel Xamax . The 2009/2010 season he was loaned to FC Lausanne-Sport . The club from Lausanne played in the second division, the Challenge League . At the end of the season he celebrated the championship and promotion to the first division with the club. In mid-2011 he moved to Iran , where he signed a contract with Tractor Sazi Tabriz in Tabriz . He finished the season as runner-up. In 2012, league rival Esteghlal Tehran from Tehran signed him. After the season he went back to Singapore in mid-2013, where he joined his former club DPMM FC. In 2014 he was runner-up with DPMM. With 24 goals he was the top scorer in the S. League. He was in the final of the Singapore League Cup in 2013 and 2014. In 2014 he won the cup. In the final they defeated Tanjong Pagar United 2-0. The 2013 final was lost 4-0 to Balestier Khalsa . At the beginning of 2015 he returned to Brazil. Here he played for four months for his youth club Paraná Clube. In April he moved back to Singapore. Here the first division team Tampines Rovers took him under contract. At the end of 2015 he celebrated the runner-up with the Rovers. In September 2016 he signed a contract with the Indonesian association Persija Jakarta in Jakarta . After a short four-month stint, he returned to Europe in January 2017 to join Irish club Limerick FC . With the club from Limerick he played in the League of Ireland . After a year he went back to Switzerland, where FC Wangen near Olten signed him until July. From July 2018 to December 2019 he was without a contract and without a club. At the end of 2019 he was signed by Indera SC from Brunei. The club plays in the first division, the Brunei Super League .
