action
The film is about the life of the beautiful woman Rosario Tijeras ( Spanish: scissors-Rosario ), a hit man from the slums of the Colombian city of Medellín , who worked for the drug lords there in the late 1980s and early 1990s . The dangerous and risky life of the protagonist and her search for love, which is always associated with violence, are told from the perspective of her best friends Antonio and Emilio.
criticism
"An erotically charged thriller that tells its seemingly trashy story with social commitment and a feeling for reality. The film, which became a hit in Colombia, also offers something surprising in form."
