action
The wealthy hotelier Simon Wahlberg suddenly falls in love with his operator , the single parent Sofie Winter. Wahlberg confesses his love to Sofie and finally marries her. Shortly after the wedding he dies unexpectedly and Sofie now wants to continue running the hotel as his widow in his favor. Simon's relatives are reluctant to see Sofie Winter in the management position and make it difficult for the young woman. In the end, Sofie Winter is allowed to run the hotel against all resistance of the family.
