The Route 11 or R 11 is a highway in the Sultanate of Oman . The trunk road leads from Muladdah R / A and junction on Route 1 , over the inner lowlands of the al-Batina plain to the provincial capital Rustaq , where Route 11 ends and crosses with Route 13 . Mussanah Airport is on the R11 .
