Rozwadza (German Roswadze ) is a village in Upper Silesia . Rozwadza is located in the municipality of Zdzieszowice ( Deschowitz ) in the powiat Krapkowicki ( Krappitz district ) in the Polish Voivodeship of Opole .

Rozwadza is located three kilometers northwest of the Zdzieszowice municipality , eleven kilometers east of the district town of Krapkowice (Krappitz) and 29 kilometers southeast of the voivodeship capital Opole .

history

The place was first mentioned in a document in 1282. 1302 followed another mention with the names Rosvatzha and Rozwadze.

In the referendum in Upper Silesia on March 20, 1921, 486 eligible voters voted to remain with Germany and 313 for Poland, in the manor district 56 voted for Germany and 27 for Poland. Roswadze remained with the German Empire . In 1936 the place was renamed Annengrund . On April 1, 1939, the community of Annengrund was incorporated into Odertal and from then on the district was called Odertal II . Until 1945 the place was in the district of Groß Strehlitz .

In 1945 the previously German place came under Polish administration and was renamed Rozwadza and joined the Silesian Voivodeship. The incorporation was reversed. In 1950 the place came to the Opole Voivodeship . In 1999 the place came to Powiat Krapkowicki .
