Reviews

James Berardinelli wrote on ReelViews that the film explains the phrase "triumph of style over substance". The action usually makes no sense. The characters are poorly developed. Berardinelli only praised the recordings made at numerous locations.

The lexicon of international films wrote about Ruby Cairo : “An entertainment film developed in a richly novel-like manner, dramaturgically negligent, superficial in the way the actors play, implausible in the plot. For the lack of thriller suspense, the emphasized beautiful pictures from Cairo make up for it. "
