The Russian Old Orthodox Church ( Russian Русская Древлеправославная Церковь , scientific transliteration : Russkaja Drevlepravoslavnaja Cerkov ' ), belongs to the priestly Old Believers . It is led today by the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia . In addition to the Patriarch, it currently has four bishops in the eparchies : Belarus and Ukraine , Siberia , Volga , Zion and Western Europe , in 2004 it belonged to 74 parishes.
