Ryan Flynn (born September 4, 1988 in Edinburgh ) is a Scottish football player who is under contract with FC St. Mirren .

Career

Ryan Flynn was born in the Scottish capital Edinburgh in 1988. He started his career at FC Falkirk . As a youth player, he moved to Liverpool in 2005 for a transfer fee of £ 50,000 . With the Reds, he won the FA Youth Cup in 2006 and 2007 . From 2008 Flynn was awarded to the AFC Wrexham and FC Falkirk. For his Scottish hometown club he made his debut in the Europa League against FC Vaduz . After the one-year loan, the club signed him until 2013. However, he moved back to the club a year later. He signed a three-year contract with Sheffield United . Before the contract expired, it was prematurely extended for two more years in May 2014. For the English third division side, he played 153 times in the league until the end of the contract and scored 13 goals. Flynn then moved to Oldham Athletic . In January 2018 he moved to FC St. Mirren .
