Nathan Sheron (born October 4, 1997 in Whiston ) is an English football player who is under contract with Fleetwood Town . In the 2020/21 season he was awarded to FC St. Mirren in Scotland.

Career

Nathan Sheron was born in 1997 in Whiston, about 12 km east of Liverpool . He began his football career at Liverpool FC , for which he played until 2016. For the "Reds" he was not used by the professionals. Instead, he signed a contract with English third division club Fleetwood Town in June 2016 . His new club loaned him to FC Chorley in the National League North from November of the same year . He had played two games by the end of the 2016/17 season. From October to November 2017 he was on loan at Chester FC . He was used three times in the National League .

After returning to Fleetwood , he made his professional debut when he started a 2-1 away win in the EFL Trophy against Carlisle United on November 8, 2017 . Two more missions followed in this competition in December 2017 and January 2018. Sheron reached the quarterfinals with Fleetwood when the team lost to Yeovil Town . In between, he was awarded to FC Southport in the National League North from December 7, 2017 to January 6, 2018 . He succeeded in five games against his former loaner club from Chorley .

In the 2018/19 season he was a regular at Fleetwood under Joey Barton and played 33 games across all competitions. After the season was over, he stayed without another game until January 2020, after which he was loaned out to fourth division club FC Walsall for half a year .

In the 2020/21 season he was awarded to FC St. Mirren in Scotland. The English club has a return option in January 2021.
