Söllingerwald is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Purgstall an der Erlauf in the Scheibbs district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 74 building areas with 22,381 m² and 19 gardens on 87,020 m² in the cadastral community of Söllingerwald , in 1989/1990 there were 74 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had increased to 137 and in 2009/2010 there were 100 buildings on 127 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 405 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 167 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 410 hectares and 173 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 399 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 171 hectares. The average soil climate of Söllingerwald is 30.8 (as of 2010).
