Sönke Lars Neuwöhner

Sönke Lars Neuwöhner (* 1964 in Hamburg ) is a German journalist , screenwriter and writer .

Life

Sönke Lars Neuwöhner grew up in Hamburg and studied philosophy in Berlin and Paris from 1985 to 1992 . After graduating from college, he worked as a journalist and editor for the Berlin city magazine tip from 1992 to 2000 . In 1992 Neuwöhner founded together with Sven S. Poser , Knud Kohr , Jonas Winner , Sven Holly Nullmeyer, Roland Oelfke u. a. the Berliner Kleinverlag Das Labor and organized regular readings and literary parties. In 1993 the short story volume "Die Kuh im Faß" was published by Das Labor. The group of authors and the publishing house disbanded in 1997.

In 1997 Neuwöhner made the short film "Fashion Kills", together with Sven H. Nullmeyer, with whom he also wrote the book. Neuwöhner has been writing screenplays for cinema and television since 1998. With Martin Eigler , Sven S. Poser and Jonas Winner he founded the label plotpower for the development of material and scripts. He developed u. a. the crime series Wolfsland and the miniseries Tomorrow I stop with Bastian Pastewka and Susanne Wolff in the leading roles. In addition, he continues to work as a journalist and writes prose pieces.

Neuwöhner lives in Berlin.
