Saša Kekez , also Sascha Kekez (born January 24, 1983 in Troisdorf - Sieglar ) is a German actor of Croatian origin.

Life

Sascha Kekez completed an acting training from 2006 to 2009 at the drama school of the theater Der Keller in Cologne , which he graduated with a diploma in 2009. He also received training in singing and dance there .

During his training at the Der Keller theater , he played Edmund in One Long Day's Journey into the Night by Eugene O'Neill , Adam in Happy Times by Alan Ayckbourn and Baron Tusenbach in Three Sisters by Anton Chekhov . He also appeared in Bertolt Brecht's mother Courage . In a cooperation between the Der Keller theater and the Wuppertaler Bühnen , Kekez was part of the ancient chorus in King Oedipus of Sophocles .

While still studying acting, Kekez took on roles in the cinema and on television , including both continuous series roles, recurring episode roles as well as smaller episode roles and guest roles. In 2007 he took over the series lead role of caretaker son Jan. fitter in the RTL - soap opera Ahornallee . From 2009 to 2010 he played the continuous role of Luka Petkovic in the television series Das Haus Anubis . In 2011/12 he was seen as a nurse Mesut Acar in Fibrillation - Die Klinik am See . From episode 1755 (first broadcast: May 10, 2013) to episode 2006 (first broadcast: June 18, 2014) he played the actor Goran Kalkbrenner in Sturm der Liebe . In May 2018, Kekez returned for a guest role in the telenovela Sturm der Liebe .

At the side of Tim Bergmann , Kekez played the leading role of the 19-year-old gay Saša in the movie Sascha (Saša) , a tragic comedy in a migrant milieu, by Dennis Todorović . Kekez also worked in several short films and diploma films as well as in various commercials . He also works as a speaker for radio plays .

From January 2010 Kekez took over the role of Prince Kalaf in the fairy tale play Turandot by Carlo Gozzi in the adaptation of Friedrich Schiller at the Bocholt City Theater . From April 2010 he played at the Grenzlandtheater Aachen under the direction of Christian H. Voss in We all together forever by Guus Kuijer. In 2015 he was on tour with the theater guest performances Fürth in the Swedish cult comedy Patrick 1,5 in the role of Sven. In the 2019/20 season, Kekez will be on tour with the psychological thriller Der Fremde im Haus , a production of the Fürth theater guest performances based on Agatha Christie , together with Sarah Elena Timpe , Markus Baumeister , Michael Kausch and Johanna Liebeneiner in the role of the “rental nomad” Bruce Lovell .
