The A20 autoroute runs through Saint-Pardoux .
The Commune déléguée includes the hamlets of Champcommunal, Chantot, Châtenet-Colon, Chéz Bejas, Fougerolles, Fréaudour, La Brandouille, La Gorce, La Ribière, La Tour, Les Cerisières, Le Chataignol, La Chatin, Le Coux, Les Grands Magneux, Le Parc, Le Puy Châtelard, Mazernaut, Montégut, Puy Bison, Puy Jouard, Puy Perrier, Vauguenige and Villarcoin .
The municipality of Saint-Pardoux merged with Roussac and Saint-Symphorien-sur-Couze to form the Commune nouvelle Saint-Pardoux-le-Lac on January 1, 2019 . Since then it has had the status of a Commune déléguée. The municipality of Saint-Pardoux was part of the canton of Ambazac . It bordered in the north on Châteauponsac , in the northeast on Bessines-sur-Gartempe , in the southeast on Razès , in the south on Compreignac and in the west on Saint-Symphorien-sur-Couze.
