Saint-Projet-Saint-Constant ( Occitan : Sent Project Sent constanc ) is a village and a former French commune with 1,072 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Charente in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It belonged to the Arrondissement of Angoulême and the canton of Val de Tardoire . The inhabitants are called Saint-Priestins .
With effect from January 1, 2019, the former municipalities of La Rochefoucauld and Saint-Projet-Saint-Constant were merged to form the Commune nouvelle La Rochefoucauld-en-Angoumois and have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are in La Rochefoucauld.

Saint-Projet-Saint-Constant is about 18 kilometers northeast of Angoulême . Saint-Projet-Saint-Constant is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Rivières in the north, La Rochefoucauld in the east, Rancogne in the southeast, Bunzac in the south, Mornac in the southwest and Brie in the west.
The National Route 141 runs through the municipality .
