Sakina Boutamine

Sakina Boutamine (born June 2, 1953 ) is a former Algerian middle and long distance runner .

In 1977 she was sixth in the 1500 m athletics World Cup in Düsseldorf . At the Africa Games in 1978 in Algiers she won over 1500 m and won silver over 800 m .

In 1979 she managed a double victory over 1500 m and 3000 m at the African Athletics Championships in Dakar . At the World Cup in Montreal she was fourth in the 1500 m and seventh in the 3000 m, and at the Mediterranean Games in Split she took bronze in the 1500 m with her personal best of 4: 10.60 min.
