Sam McMurray

Sam McMurray (born April 15, 1952 in New York City ) is an American actor .

Life

McMurray is the son of two actors Richard McMurray and Jane Hoffman.

He was best known for his role in the sitcom King of Queens as supervisor Patrick O'Boyle . In addition to King of Queens , Sam McMurray had minor roles or guest appearances in other series. McMurray played the boss of Chandler Bing in the hit sitcom Friends and was u. a. in the series A terribly nice family , Listen who's hammering , Who's the boss here? , Parker Lewis , Chicago Hope , Boston Legal , Breaking Bad , The Sopranos and Devious Maids - Dirty Secrets .

He also lends his voice to Douglas Jenkins, the father of the main character, in the English version of the animation series Free for All .
