Samuel Muturi Mugo

Samuel Muturi Mugo (born May 2, 1986 ) is a Kenyan marathon runner .

In 2006 he finished second in the Kagawa Marugame Half Marathon in 1:02:14 h, and in 2007 he took the same place in the Cologne Marathon in 2:11:27 h. In 2008 he rose to 4:11:15 in the Tiberias Marathon and 2:11:08 as the winner of the Porto Marathon .

In 2009 he broke the six-year-old course record at the Xiamen Marathon with 2:08:51 and won the Beijing Marathon in 2:08:20.
