San Luis , Tagalog : Bayan ng San Luis , is a Filipino municipality in the province of Pampanga , in the administrative region III, Central Luzon . As of the 2015 census, San Luis had 54,106 residents who lived in 17 barangays . It is classified as a third income class community in the Philippines and as partially urbanized .
San Luis neighboring communities are Candaba in the north, Baliuag (province of Bulacan) in the east, San Simon in the south, Mexico in the west and Santa Ana in the northwest. The topography of the city is characterized by the flatlands of the central Luzon lowlands.
