Sant Antoni de Vilamajor is a Catalan municipality in the province of Barcelona in northeastern Spain . It is located in the comarca of Vallès Oriental .

The place at the foot of Montseny , in the past also known as Vilanova de Vilamajor or simply Vilamajor , was built in the 16th century at what was then an important crossroads to Cardedeu .

The main agricultural products are grain, animal feed, potatoes, vegetables and wine. Animal husbandry is also important (beef, pork, poultry). To a lesser extent there is a textile and metalworking industry.
