Sarah Kamilewicz Riley (born July 23, 1979 ) is a former American biathlete .

Sarah Kamilewicz Riley made her international debut at the 1999 Biathlon Junior World Championships in Pokljuka , where she was 45th in the individual and 66th in the sprint. Two years later she started at the 2001 Military World Ski Championships in Jericho and was 34th in the sprint, in 2002 she was 29th in 10-kilometer freestyle cross-country skiing in Kranjska Gora and in 2003 in Rovaniemi 26th in 10-kilometer freestyle cross-country skiing . In 2003 the US-American Forni Avoltri competed in her first race in the European Cup and immediately won first points as 17th in the sprint and 16th in the pursuit. The 2003 biathlon world championships in Khanty-Mansiysk became the career highlight . In Siberia, Riley came 44th in the individual, 43rd in the sprint and 51st in the pursuit. The relay race did not end the US relay. At the start of the 2003/04 season she made her debut in the Biathlon World Cup , where she was 77th of a sprint in Kontiolahti . In the further course of the season she achieved her best performance in Osrblie with 64th place in a sprint. In 2004 and 2005 she only played in the European Cup. In Langdorf she reached eighth place in a sprint in 2005 for the first time in the top ten, shortly afterwards Riley achieved her only podium finish in Gurnigel with third place in a super sprint race. The last major event was the 2004 Military World Ski Championships in Östersund , where Riley was 27th in the biathlon sprint and also 27th in the 10-kilometer freestyle cross-country skiing and was sixth in the military patrol race with Sara Granroth , Jill Krause and Denise Teela .
