The Schlittenbach is a 4.8 kilometer long stream in the Stammheim district of Calw on the eastern edge of the northern Black Forest in Baden-Württemberg .
course
The Schlittenbach runs over its entire 4.8 km in the area of the Calw district of Stammheim. It rises in the Gewann Oberer Grund on the edge of the oak forest and initially flows in a west-south-west direction. Shortly before crossing under federal highway 295 , it crosses part of the Würm-Heckengäu nature reserve . After crossing under it, it passes the Schlössle and partially passes through the local area. In the area of the sports facilities, the Winkelbach flows from the left and finally south-south-east . Below the building yard, the Schlittenbach finally re-emerges and flows directly into a small reservoir, at the dam wall of which an engine duct branches off and runs parallel to the main course to the mouth. The main run is the headwater of the Lower Mill . In the further course it passes the settlement Öländerle and shortly thereafter flows from the right and finally north-east above the road bridge of the federal highway 463 into the Nagold .
