The house at Schmale Straße 12 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the northern part of the historic Quedlinburg old town on the west side of Schmalen Strasse . The building, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is registered in the Quedlinburg Monument Register as a merchant's farm. To the north, the building, which is also listed, borders on Schmale Strasse 13 .
Architecture and history
The two-storey half-timbered house covered with a high roof was built according to an inscription on the threshold in 1706. On the building there are still ship throat and star roller as decorative forms . It represents one of the latest applications of these forms of jewelry on houses in Quedlinburg.
The three northern bundles originally belonged to the adjoining house on Schmale Straße 13 to the north. In 1988/90 the building was renovated by the State Workshops for the Preservation of Monuments of Poland (Pracownie Konserwacji Zabytków, PKZ), operating part Thorn .
