On the courtyard side, there was a three-storey multi-storey building with mortise locks . The construction was carried out in a mixed construction of multi-storey and multi-storey construction . In Quedlinburg, this design can only be found in the houses Neustädter Kirchhof 7 , Marktkirchhof 5 and Konvent 20 . In 1987 the house was demolished. A replacement building was later built on the property.
