The building is located north of the market square in the historic old town of Quedlinburg. The house on the west side of Schmalen Strasse is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is listed in the Quedlinburg Monument Register.
The building, which is also listed, borders on Schmale Straße 22 to the south .
Architecture and history
The two-storey half - timbered house was built around 1740 and is covered with a mansard roof. The facade has decorative infills, the profile plank has been renewed.
