Serkan fools
Serkan Tören (* 6. November 1972 in Fatsa , Turkey ) is a Turkish-German FDP - politicians .
Life
After graduating from the Vincent-Lübeck-Schule in Stade in 1992 , Tören studied law at the University of Hamburg . The first state examination he successfully passed from 1997, the second state examination followed in 2003. Since 2004 he worked as a lawyer in Hamburg .
Tören joined the FDP in 1993. He is Deputy District Chairman Elbe / Weser and a member of the Lower Saxony State Board . In the 2009 Bundestag election , his entry into the Bundestag was made possible by the eighth place on the list of the FDP . He was a member of the Interior Committee of the German Bundestag and in the first Bundestag committee of inquiry into the Nazi underground terrorist group .
Due to the failure of the FDP to pass the five percent hurdle , he is not represented in the 18th German Bundestag .
In 2015, Tören lost the chairmanship of the FDP district association Stade, which he had held until then, in a battle vote.
Political positions
Tören advocates a legal justification for religiously motivated circumcision and a ban on the full body veiling of women in public spaces.
Controversy with Bushido
After Serkan Tören asked Burda Verlag to revoke the Bambi Integration Prize from rapper Bushido , Bushido called for violence against Tören, Klaus Wowereit and Claudia Roth in the song Stress for no reason . Bushido texted: "I make headlines, fuck your party and I want Serkan Tören to bite the grass now". Both Serkan Tören and Klaus Wowereit thereupon filed criminal charges against Bushido. Tören said he wanted to send a message with his criminal complaint. Bushido acts with the texts against "minorities, against homosexuals , against those who think differently." In September 2013, the Berlin public prosecutor's office brought charges against Bushido for inciting hatred , insulting and depicting violence . The lawsuit was dismissed at the end of November 2013 by the Berlin-Tiergarten District Court with reference to artistic freedom .
