Sezgin Coşkun (born August 23, 1984 in Çıldır , Ardahan Province ) is a Turkish football player .

Career

Coşkun began his professional career in 2002 at Çorluspor in the third Turkish football league. He later went through the stations Eyüpspor and Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyespor . With Gaziantep BB he played in the 2nd Turkish league.

In 2007 he moved together with his teammate Serdar Özbayraktar to league rivals Eskişehirspor. Here in the first year the play-off victory of the TFF 1. Lig made it into the first Turkish football league . From 2008 he was active as a team captain. He reached with the club in the 2011/12 season with the 5th place in the table, the best first division placement for 37 years. In the 2013/14 season he was also part of the squad that reached the final of the Turkish Cup , but failed here at Galatasaray Istanbul . In the summer of 2016 he went back to the 1st league with his club.

For the 2016/17 season he left after nine years of service and moved to third division club MKE Ankaragücü . With this club he finished the season as a champion and rose to the TFF 1st Lig . After this success Coşkun left the capital city and moved on to the third division Sakaryaspor . With this club he stayed only about eleven days under contract and then moved to the second division Elazığspor .
