Shelley Conn (born September 21, 1976 in Barnet , London ) is a British actress .

life and career

Shelley Conn is the great niece of fellow actress and compatriot Merle Oberon . Conn studied at the Cranbourne School in Basingstoke , Hampshire .

After the time in drama school, Conn was present in smaller roles in British films. She appeared in all media (television, film and theater). She played the lead role in various European and British low-budget films .

In 2000, Conn starred in the British film Maybe Baby alongside Hugh Laurie , Joely Richardson , Rowan Atkinson and Emma Thompson . 2002 in Obsessive (LaBute) alongside Aaron Eckhart and Gwyneth Paltrow . 2005 at Charlie and the Chocolate Factory alongside Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter . In 2008 in the television series The Palace , Mistresses , Trial & Retribution and in 2009 in Dead Set . 2010 in How Do You Know It's Love alongside Reese Witherspoon , Paul Rudd , Owen Wilson , Jack Nicholson and Tony Shalhoub .

Conn lives in London and took part in the 2006 London Marathon .
