Shi Tingmao ( Chinese  施廷懋 , Pinyin Shī Tíngmaó ; born August 31, 1991 in Chongqing ) is a Chinese water diver . She starts in artificial jumping from the 1-m and 3-m board and in 3-m synchronized jumping.

Shi Tingmao won her first international medal at the 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou . She won silver in jumping from the 3-meter board and with Wang Han gold in 3-meter synchronized jumping . At the 2011 home world championships in Shanghai , she won gold from the 1-meter board.
