Gaurav Gupta alias GG is a well-known building contractor from Bombay . His next project is his biggest challenge so far: He wants to build a heavenly city outside of Bombay. For this he urgently needs the land of Guru Srinath Vardhan, a former industrialist who now leads a spiritual life in a small village. But Guru would not sell his land for anything in the world, which in turn would mean the ruin of GG, since he has already invested millions in the project.
Jaidev "Jai" Vardhan is the son of Guru Srinath Vardhan and is traveling to Bombay. There he meets Natasha, GG's girlfriend. GG and Natasha seduce Jai with all the luxurious things that he did not know from home. Jai begins to enjoy life - he smokes, gets drunk, plays, and goes to parties - despite warnings from his childhood friend Madhavi. GG recognizes Jai's recklessness and uses his chance to use his help and to usurp the country.
Almost too late, Jai realizes his mistakes and wants to turn everything around for the better - and fulfill his father's dream, namely to plant the landscape. With the help of the media, he puts GG's image and that of the politician Amrit Patil in a bad light. Ultimately, GG has to give up the project and everyone is happy again.
