Sieglinde Zehetbauer

Sieglinde Zehetbauer (* in Prien am Chiemsee ) is a German opera , concert, oratorio and lied singer ( soprano ) and coach for voice, piano and organ .

Life

education

Zehetbauer received instrumental lessons in recorder and piano at the age of four . This was followed by training on the church organ . After a year at the vocational school for music in Altötting (1995–1996), she studied Catholic church music at the Mozarteum Salzburg . She studied organ with Stefan Klinda and choir and orchestra conducting with Hans-Joachim Rotzsch . She then studied opera singing with a master's degree (2006) with Boris Bakow and at the musical opera class with Reinhard Seifried as well as song and oratorio with Wolfgang Holzmair . In addition, she received acting and dance lessons. She was also active as a B church musician in the Rosenheim districts of Heilig Blut and Happing , but is no longer doing this job.

Operas and concerts

Zehetbauer already took part in various opera productions of the opera class of the Mozarteum, Salzburg, during her training. In summer 2004 she changed her vocal subject from mezzo-soprano to soprano. Since 2005 she has appeared as a freelance singer at concerts and operas in Germany and abroad. Since then, Zehetbauer has appeared on various stages in Italy, Germany and Austria. In February 2006 she sang the Countess Stasi in the Kálmán operetta Die Csardasfürstin at Ballhaus Rosenheim.

Her repertoire includes Konstanze in Die Entführung aus dem Serail , Countess Almaviva in Le Nozze di Figaro (Gut Immling Opera Festival, 2012), Pamina in Die Zauberflöte , Micaëla in Carmen (Gut Immling Opera Festival, 2010), Woglinde in Das Rheingold ( Opera Festival Gut Immling, 2012; in a version for children and opera beginners) and the title role in the Singspiel Cinderella by Nicolas Isouard (Opernbühne Bad Aibling, 2007).

In 2012 she sang the role of Ambra in Der Brandner Kasper at the Gut Immling Opera Festival - a Bavarian opera by Christian Auer (music) and Karl-Heinz Hummel (libretto).

She regularly takes part in performances of rarely performed operas in Rosenheim. In March 2015 she sang Berta in Adolphe Adam's one-act play Die Nürnbergeruppe and Serafina in the one-act Die Nachtglocke by Gaetano Donizetti at the Kultur- und Kongress-Zentrum Rosenheim . In February 2016, she took over the role of Caroline in the Lortzing opera Die Zwei Schützen at the Rosenheim Culture and Congress Center . In March 2017 she appeared in the main female role of Elsbet in the opera The Seven Ravens by the Liechtenstein composer Joseph Gabriel Rheinberger at the Rosenheim Culture and Congress Center .

She performed in the New Years Concert in the Cuvilliéstheater , in the Palazzo Ricci of Montepulciano , the Tyrolean Festival Erl , Ekhof-Theater Gotha, Ehrenburg Castle, Coburg, Gasteig Munich, New Castle Stuttgart , Schleißheim Castle and Nymphenburg , Munich, with the da capo Philharmonic in the Cathedral of Ebbs, the Johann Strauss Ensemble , Munich, the Munich Radio Orchestra and Stuttgart Chamber Ensemble in Wildbad Kreuth and Munich.

She was one of the soloists on the operetta tour Nacht der Operetta , which was also broadcast on TV in WT1 on March 8, 2015. In July 2011 she was the soloist in the live broadcast on BR for Archduke Otto von Habsburg's Requiem in the Theatine Church in Munich .

Private

Sieglinde Zehetbauer lives and works in Rosenheim and supports various charitable institutions.
