The Siggenberg is an elevation of the Jura in the Swiss canton of Aargau . It is bordered in the west by the Aare valley , in the south by the Limmat valley and in the north and northeast by the Surb valley . The communities of Endingen , Lengnau , Freienwil , Obersiggenthal , Untersiggenthal and Würenlingen are located around the Siggenberg . The hamlet of Steinenbühl , which belongs to the Untersiggenthal municipality, is located on the Siggenberg . The highest point of the Siggenberg is in the southeast on the Hörndli at 624 meters.
