Syarhey Aljaksandrawitsch Dsjamahin ( Belarusian Сяргей Аляксандравіч Дзямагін , Russian Сергей Александрович Демагин / Sergei Alexandrovich Demagin * 19th July 1986 in Tolyatti , Russian SFSR ) is a Belarusian ice hockey player .
Career
Sjarhej Dsjamahin began his career as a hockey player in the Belarusian capital in the youth division of the HK Dinamo Minsk , for whose professional team he made his debut in the Belarusian extra league in the 2004/05 season . In this and the following season, however, he spent most of the time with Dinamo's second team in the Belarusian ice hockey league. In this, the striker was both the best assists and top scorer in the league in the 2005/06 season with 32 assists and a total of 61 points. In the 2008/09 season , the left-handed shooter scored ten goals in 34 games for Minsk in the newly formed Continental Hockey League and prepared a further eleven. After he had started the 2009/10 season in the Belarusian capital, he moved shortly after the start of the season to his league rivals Neftechimik Nizhnekamsk .
In July 2010 he returned to Minsk and completed 54 games for Dinamo, in which he collected 24 scorer points. In May 2011 he was again committed by Neftechimik Nizhnekamsk. In November 2011, the Belarusian moved within the KHL to HK Yugra Khanty-Mansiysk , for which he completed almost 80 KHl games by the end of the 2012/13 season. He then returned to Neftechimik, but was handed over to Avtomobilist Yekaterinburg after nine games in October 2013 .
In the 2014/15 season, Djamahin was under contract with Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod , then for a year with Severstal Cherepovets and in the 2016/17 season with HK Lada Tolyatti in his native city.
International
For Belarus , Djamahin only took part in the 2006 U20 Junior B World Championship in the junior division. In the senior sector, he was in his country's squad at the 2007 , 2009 , 2010 and 2011 World Championships and at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver .
