Skeleton World Championship 1994

The 1994 Skeleton World Championship took place in Altenberg , Germany . In contrast to the Bobsleigh World Championships , a skeleton world championship was held in the Olympic year because skeleton was not yet an Olympic discipline at the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer .
