Skeleton World Championship 2015

The 24th Skeleton World Championship took place between February 23 and March 8, 2015, parallel to the Bobsleigh World Championship on the bobsled run in Winterberg , Germany .

Winterberg was chosen to host the World Championships at the FIBT Congress in Pyeongchang on July 16, 2011 , after being the only candidate. It was the first skeleton world championship to be held in Winterberg, which had already hosted three bobsleigh world championships.

In the team competition, there is one skeleton pilot, one female skeleton pilot, and one women's and one men's two-man bobsleigh. The results of these four runs are added up.
