The 2020 Bobsleigh and Skeleton World Championships took place from February 18 to March 1, 2020 on the ENSO ice track in Altenberg in the Ore Mountains . The world champions in bobsleigh and skeleton were determined.

Award

The venue was determined by the delegates of the International Bobsleigh & Skeleton Federation , or IBSF for short, in the British capital London in June 2016 . Altenberg had no opponent because the Swiss municipality of St. Moritz had withdrawn its application. The Saxon city, which had previously unsuccessfully applied to host twice, last hosted the 2008 World Cup.
