The 65th Bobsleigh World Championship is scheduled to take place in early 2021, along with the Skeleton World Championship , at the Mt. Van Hoevenberg Olympic Bobsled Run in Lake Placid , United States .

The venue was determined by the delegates of the International Bobsleigh & Skeleton Federation (IBSF) in June 2017 in Salt Lake City . Lake Placid prevailed against the Swiss St. Moritz with 24 to 19 votes .
