course
The source area of the Spüligbach is located in southern Lower Saxony on the western edge of the Ith low mountain range and its upstream plateau to the west. It is located between Bremke in the north and Dohnsen (both belonging to Halle ) in the south in an arable and meadow area east of the state road 588 at a maximum of about 220 m above sea level. NHN .
The Spüligbach does not flow from any classic spring . Its amounts of water collect from several rivulets from mostly moist hillside meadows in a moat . The source rivulets of the brook unite between Dohnsen in the east and Wegensen (another part of Halle) in the west in a lowland at a height of around 115 m .
The Spüligbach, which runs in a predominantly southerly direction, continues to flow from the merging of its source rivulets through arable and meadowland along the L 588 to Halle, where it is bridged by the federal highway 240 . From Halle, the Spüligbach turns west-south-west and runs parallel to the B 240 to Linse , an eastern district of Bodenwerder , flowing between the Kruckberg ( 269 m ) in the north-west and the Tönniesberg ( 223.5 m ) in the south-east.
Finally , immediately after flowing through the village, at around 93 m above sea level , the Spüligbach flows into the Weser tributary Lenne, which flows in from the southeast .
