The HK Ryazan ( Russian ХК Рязань ) is an ice hockey club founded in 1955 in the Russian city ​​of Ryazan . The team plays in the second-rate Vysschaya hockey league .

history

The association was founded in 1955 as Komanda Rjasani . Initially, the team played in the lower class Soviet leagues. In the 1969/70 season, he was promoted to the third class Wtoraja League . Due to the successes in the preliminary round, the team tried 1979, 1985 and 1988 through the promotion round in the second-rate league, but failed.

After the collapse of the Soviet Union , HK Ryazan was at home in the second-class Wysschaja Liga for a long time, and in 2010 he was accepted into the successor league Wysschaja Hockey-Liga .
