Steffi Paschke
Steffi Paschke (born December 13, 1964 in New Orleans , Louisiana , USA ) is a German-American actress and cabaret artist who mainly works in Austria.
Life
Steffi Paschke received an acting and musical training at the Tanzforum Wien (today Performing Center Austria ). From 1988 to 1998 she sang in the Hallucination Company of Wickerl Adam , from 1995 to 2004 she was part of the ensemble of the Simpl cabaret in Vienna.
In 1997 she was awarded the Audience Prize at the Freistadt Frischling . From 2005 to 2008 she performed together with Eva Maria Marold , Gerold Rudle and Reinhard Nowak in 4 nach 40 , a farce with singing based on an idea by Leo Bauer and Fritz Schindlecker and with music by Erich Buchebner. The program was published in 2009 in the Best of Cabaret series by Edition Hoanzl on DVD with Reinhard Nowak, Christian Clerici and Theresia Haiger .
In 2009 she founded the formation SimpsonPaschkeScheitz together with Verena Scheitz and Patricia Simpson (singer of the group Die Echten ) , with which she could be seen from 2010 in Women Without Memory and in 2012 in Women from Ambush at the Hyundai Cabaret Days on ORF . She has been teaching acting at the Wieselburg Music School since 2018 .
