The 7th Ster Elektrotoer is a cycling stage race in the Netherlands that took place from June 17th to 21st, 2008. It was held in a prologue and four stages over a distance of 688.2 kilometers. The race is part of the UCI Europe Tour 2008 and is classified in category 2.1. The winner of the tour was the Italian Enrico Gasparotto .
